goodbye beloved swing goodbye

so i've been having a love affair with our fischer price baby swing since jonas was a baby. my sweet sister picked it up when jonas was just a little squishy thing. it's helped us get through more naps than i can count.

no the swing didn't die. no i didn't give it away in a moment of generosity. i just decided that it was time (jonas is turning four months old next week after all) for jonas to learn how to nap in his crib.

so yesterday we bid the swing ta-ta. we've had a few rough naps, but it's gone over pretty well so far. i think jonas was a little perturbed with me at first but he's gotten over it for the most part. the hardest part for him is now that he is rolling over so often i have to hurry up if he's crying because chances are he's rolled over and can't get back.
